During October I captured the autumn colours on Clumber Park’s Limetree Avenue and made a note to return in November for the colours around Clumber Lake.
Fitting in all the venues I had in mind for the autumn photography proved difficult due to the number of poor weather days during November, but I did manage to squeeze in a visit to the lake on one of the days that promised some broken sunshine.
In the end there were a few bright patches which highlighted the remaining autumn colours including some scenes of the shoreline and some shots of a small island in the lake, near to Hardwick Village:
