Dartmeet (July 2026)

Photographs of the River Dart at Dartmeet capturing both landscape views and the intimate details of flowing water, rounded rocks, and their reflections.

Haldon Belvedere (April 2026)

April’s photography finished with a chance visit to the white tower or Haldon Belvedere, a grade ii-listed folly sitting high on the Haldon Hills. Built in 1788 it offers spectacular panoramic views of Dartmoor, Exeter and the River Exe but I particularly liked the view of the castle from the entrance path framed by the trees:  

Greenway (April 2026)

Greenway, Agatha Christie’s renowned holiday home, boasts stunning grounds and views of the River Dart. While the weather was unkind on this occasion, I did manage to spot some spring colours emerging along the wooded riverbanks and wild garlic and bluebells in the garden.
