Holcombe Head (July 2026)

Holcombe Head is a recurring motif in my photography. This time I was drawn to its fragmented reflection in the calm summer seas both from afar and then up close.  The striking blue and orange colours are particularly captivating in the close-up shots…

The Ness (July 2026)

In my last post, I mentioned that my photography often centres around motifs – recurring elements that evoke a sense of place. Holcombe Head (April 2026)

A selection of photographs from April featuring Holcombe Head or Hole Head with the Parson and Clerk rocks. These include the reflections of the distinctive red rocks in the wet sand at low tide.
