December on the Southwell Trail - Part 1

December's photography was all local due to the continuing Covid situation and mainly driven by the weather conditions. Periods of dull rainy weather dominated and even turn more wintery at times. These were some of the scene along the Southwell Trail as we saw first snow flurries of the season:








During November I noticed how many of the rainy days ended with a burst of sunlight just before sunset. This was another of those occasions in early December - a particularly fiery sunset that caught the freshly raked soil in one of the fields turning it a nice warm terracotta colour:
