Winter on the Southwell Trail - Part 16

The 'beast from the east' hit the Southwell Trail the hardest on day three with bitter winds driving snow across the open fields. At times is was hard to keep the lens clear of icy flakes and I was reduced to operating the camera through thick gloves. That said, snow is wonderful to photograph and it was an opportunity not to be missed.
