Photography Week 41

The theme for photography week 41 (5th October to 11th October 2015) was the first real signs of autumn colour.

The acers / maples provided the best early colour although once fallen the leaves can look a little scrappy:

 

The colour along the paths is still a bit variable. I spotted a good run of colour beside one of the local roads, some variation along the Southwell trail, the early signs of colour change on Lime Trees Avenue in Clumber Park, and then in the arboretum in Nottingham:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sunlight has been in short supply this week except for Sunday afternoon. I tried to make the most of this with a couple of woodland scenes and then a local field 'treescape':
