Winter on the Southwell Trail - Part 21

Following on from my previous post, I continued the walk to a location slightly off the Southwell Trail towards Edingley. The path to the village runs alongside Edingley Beck which I used to make most of the compositions:









Mist is great for separating elements in the landscape. For example, tree shapes can be isolated from the background either by a wall of mist or by a more subtle diffusion which creates as sense of depth:
