May on the Southwell Trail (2023)

Over the course of the month the trees thickened out with new leaves and the trail’s tunnel-like appearance returned with its patchwork of light and shade extending into the distance.

Spring Blossom (April 2023)

 A selection of early spring flowers captured along the Southwell Trail during April. These include: cherry, wild pear, and blackthorn blossoms; plus a celandine flower, newly sprouting hornbeam leaves and green returning to the fields.
