My photography frequently centres on local motifs – recurring elements that evoke a sense of place. Examples include the Ness Headland, the details of Back Beach, Holcombe Head and the texture of the sea. One area I haven’t explored in depth is Teignmouth Pier aside from the storm damage in January. This post captures the late evening sunlight illuminating the Pier and its supports and reflections.
