November on the Southwell Trail - Part 2 (2022)

Poor weather is not always bad for the photography. A bit of mistiness never goes amiss as long as it doesn’t turn foggy. There is a difference between some diffusion which is helpful for composition and simply not being able to see…as demonstrated in these shots along the Southwell Trail. 

A gentle mist at the start of the trail became much thicker, particularly when stepping into the open fields. At times it was hard to see the trees at all and a bit of post processing, software magic, was required to cut through the gloom...
