On this occasion, I moved further along the edge to a point above Hook's Car. The windy conditions attracted a group of paragliders and they featured in a number of the shots - at times it was hard to avoid them!
The light stayed fine until sunset allowing enough time to select some compositions including close up studies of the gritstone:
