May be because I have only visited in the winter months, I have a different impression. Kynance signifies, for me, the raw power of nature and its beauty is a wild beauty rather than a pretty one.
I have tried capture some of this wildness with the following results:
The cove is managed by the National Trust including a tea room which first opened in 1929 (2).
A couple of the buildings nearby have been condemned as unsafe:
